February 2015 Class Schedule

Some Schedule Changes For February: There will now be a 45 min All Fitness Class on Tuesdays followed by a 30 min Basic Stretching Class. Both Tues & Thurs All Fitness Classes have been moved to 6:15 pm. The Sat All Fitness Class is now at 9 am. Hope to see everyone in February showing your body some LOVE!
