Have Fun!

20 Mtn Climbers (or Burpees)
Squats 15 Reps
Deadlifts 12 Reps
20 Mtn Climbers (or Burpees)
Repeat 2 more times 

Push Ups 6-12 reps
Boat/Canoe 10-12 Reps
20 Mtn Climbers (or Burpees)
Repeat 2 more times

Forearm Plank Hold 30-40 Secs
SB Leg Curls 10-12 Reps
20 Mtn Climbers (or Burpees)
Repeat 2 more times
