Where Have I Been?

So, yeah, I seem to have dropped off to nowhere....Thought I'd let you know why and when I'll be posting again.

Sometimes when we undergo a lot of change (physically with our health, mentally with emotional change or trauma, and/or spiritually with the pitfalls and blessings) in life, we need to step back. First to merely absorb what has transpired. Second, to recover, redirect, heal, and ascertain how to move forward. It seems I have been in transition through all of this for the past several years and in a more concentrated form the past several months. Throughout the process of transition, we make constant decisions regarding how any transition will change us for the better or worse. So, all that to relay this, I am in the process of formulating a better system of living whole and balanced. I am taking a break from posting until I have it ready to deliver to you.

All of what I have posted thus far has been from the standpoint of metabolic healing and transformation. Whether through metabolic supportive eating, metabolic workouts, yoga stretching for mind/body connectivity and joint/muscular functionality, and/or trigger point therapies/modalities for muscular/joint/central nervous system support/function. This is all still sound and great information to have and to share. The impact of what I am working on is taking this information and putting into a better health system beyond just the metabolic and joint protection/support. Meaning, taking the metabolic knowledge and combining it with the knowledge I am amassing on reducing inflammation, food intolerances, autoimmune recovery, and cancer prevention/recovery.

Here's what I'll share right now: Having, myself, multiple autoimmunes and combating a cancer situation has seemed an uphill battle....and a miserable food existence....HOWEVER, what I am developing is taking what I am learning on such health issues and creating a more balanced and metabolic approach. The problems I have run into is that the majority of the approaches for combating autoimmunes, inflammation, food intolerance(s), and cancer are nowhere close to either balanced or metabolic. I am trying to combine all schools of thought into a better approach that can be sustained, bring me (and you) to good health, be metabolic, and most importantly be balanced with daily life (sustainable and happy). As with everything I share and provide, this too will be researched fully and self tested before I deliver it to you.

Since closing the VEF Studio, I have been formulating an online delivery system for both this and for workouts (metabolic, functional movement correction, and yoga) that will be easy and doable for anyone at any level of fitness/health. I do not have it fully flushed out and ready...hence, the prolonged absence from posting. In all likelihood, all of this will result in an additional blog (vlog). I will be gone for a bit longer from regular posts in the meantime. As soon as I'm close, I'll give you a delivery date (hoping for Spring). Keep checking back as it will be worth the effort and wait!!!!
