Aaaww the first day of May and what a better way to tend to this month before Summer than by starting a Burpees Challenge ;-) Two choices for this Challenge:
1) Do 30, 50, or 100 Burpees every day depending on skill level for the month of May (taking Sundays off) OR
2) Do as many Burpees as you can Tabatas style 3-4 times each week in May with a goal of 80-100 Burpees in the 4 minutes
