Yummy Savory Lunch/Dinner:

Cajun Chicken Salad
3 cups Romaine Mix
2 cups Spinach
½ large Cucumber w/peel
½ Bell Pepper (red, yellow, or orange)
1 cup diced Tomatoes
3 ounce of Chicken strips sautéed previously in Olive Oil & Cajun Seasoning
4 tablespoons Salsa
(you can add any veggie and/or a ¼ cup of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt)
