Enjoy & Move On

Life is about balance.  Eating is about balance.  Healthful eating habits are not about deprivation.  Food is fuel but it is also enjoyable.  Eat clean and balanced 80-90% and enjoy 3-4 "cheats", "indulgences" whatever you want to call your not so awesome cravings each week to keep you in check.  Being healthy is not an all or nothing proposition....
