We get so focused on reaching our goals and "being done"...but there are no quick fixes or finish lines when it comes to good health and fitness. You either have good habits and a healthy lifestyle or you don't. A healthy lifestyle doesn't expire until you do. The only finish line in these flesh bodies is the grave, and I don't know about you, but I'm in no hurry to cross that line. Need help getting started or bumping up the intensity?
