Eating a 100% organic is expensive! So just like you, I have to balance cost with health choices. Apples, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Grapes, Hot Peppers, Imported Nectarines, Peaches, Potatoes, Spinach, Strawberries, Sweet Bell Peppers, Kale/Collard Greens, Summer Squash
The Clean 15 those 15 fruits/veggies that have been found to have the least amount of pesticide residues:
Asparagus, Avocados, Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Sweet Corn, Egg Plant, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Mangos, Mushrooms, Onions, Papayas, Pineapples, Frozen Sweet Peas, Sweat Potatoes
